I have an interesting opportunity in Taoyuan for qualified native English-speaking
teachers looking for some additional weekend income - working in a Canadian
curriculum setting.
It's a Canadian high school program being run in cooperation with the Taoyuan
Ministry of Education starting September. Students will be taking real Canadian
courses delivered partly online and partly face-to-face. We need teachers to help
with the face-to-face component one day each weekend (Saturday) from 8 am to 4
pm. It means you can keep your day job.
Pay is decent - 1000 NT/h. We are looking for a qualified teacher. If you have a
relevant undergraduate degree and TESOL/TESL/TEFL Certification, that should be
enough.
Courses being offered include Pre-Calculus 11(BC), and Physics 30 (Saskatchewan).
