My name is Trevor Ngomeni, I am a young aspirant South African TEFL teacher. This is motivation why I believe I possess the correct blend of traits to be one of the young, dynamic and multi-talented South African teaching in Taiwan. I am an ambitious and self-driven University of Venda graduate. I have completed a Three-year Bachelor of Arts International Relations degree for which I attained an above 65% average. I believe that a teacher is morally obliged to enter the classroom with only the highest of expectations for each and every one of his/her students. Thus, the teacher maximizes the positive benefits that naturally come along with any self-fulfilling prophecy. With dedication, perseverance, and hard work, my students will rise to the occasion. I believe that I owe it to my students, as well as the community, to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to my job in the hope that I can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in the children as well. I enjoy working with people from different cultures. People from different cultures have different ways of looking at the world. Bouncing ideas of one another will lead to new innovations, better strategies, etc. If people from different cultures work together as a team, the outcomes will be much more diverse than those presented by a homogeneous team.
