📣 How do I post a resume?
💓In the Account Center, select “Resume settings” to post your resume. This option is also available under “Quick Links” at the bottom of the page.
📣 How do I post a job?
💓In the Account Center, select “Employer settings” to post a job. This option is also available under “Quick Links” at the bottom of the page.
📣 I am getting the following error message: “You must select your identity to continue.”
💓You must finish the initial setup of your profile to access certain features of the website.
📣 How I can switch my identity form making friends to Candidates or Employers?
You can change it anytime on the account center page, but once you pick one of them you can’t change any more.
📣 I sent a message but never heard back.
We will send email reminders to people who haven't answered a message, however, it's up to them to respond.
📣 Why don’t I have the option to chat instantly with someone?
You can only chat with someone who is currently online. If they are not available, send them a message instead.
📣Where do I find my favorites?
Favorites are listed in your Account Center on the left side menu.
