Step 1: Register (🔥Limited Free account for Employers 🔥)

 

To register with the site, click the "sign up now" link on the Login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and name as well as create a password. Once you confirm your email address, you can get started building your profile! It's important to provide as much detail as possible so that interested employers/ candidates can find you.

 

Step 2: Fill out a profile and select identity

Once you click the link in your email confirming your account, you will be able to log in to the site with your email and password. From here you will be prompted to fill out your profile on the Account Center page. Please fill this out completely and then select your identity. Job seekers should select Candidates, and employers should select Employer. If you just wish to use the social features of the website, you can also indicate that.

 

Step 3: Begin making connections

Job seekers can browse open positions on the Jobs page. Use the filters on the left side menu to find the opportunity that is right for you. Each listing has the relevant information you need to make a decision, including lcation, availability date, and more. If you find something that stands out to you, you can favorite it for later, send a message, or begin an instant chat session if the employer is currently logged in.

Employers can view potential employees on the Candidates page. The filters at the top help narrow down your search so that you can find the perfect match. Each candidate has provided details about themselves that you can peruse, and if you are interested in learning more about someone, you can favorite them, send them a message, or begin an instant chat session if they are currently logged in.

Both job seekers and employers have access to the "Make Friends" page. This social dimension of the website allows people from all over the world to connect, share information, look for language exchange oppportunities, and more.
