I have been working as an assessment coordinator at the English language department at a private university for the last six years, and I have been teaching English for more than 10. I am interested in a managerial position as well as a teaching one because I love to do both. As a teacher, I love working with all groups of learners, and I love to engage in their learning process. As a manager, I love to work on a team, and I am trying to be an understanding and open-minded leader. As a person and professional, respect and fairness are what I am mostly about. I am fast adaptable, I am very much aware of cultural sensitivity, and I believe there is always room for improvement. I hold a BSc degree in Agriculture (Thesis: Marketing), and TEFL and CELTA certificates.
