To whom it may concern, I am writing to apply for the position of Preschool, Kindergarten and/or English Teacher. With my years of experience and background in early childhood education, I feel I would make a valuable addition to your professional teaching staff. At the University of Sao Paulo, I obtained my Bachelor in English and Portuguese Languages and Literatures in 2016 and my Teaching Certificate in English Language in 2018. After graduation I earned my Montessori Education certification from Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education, making me a professionally certified Montessori kindergarten teacher. In addition, in my years as a kindergarten teacher I have worked for two different and high- quality schools, in Brazil and China. I have managed multiage classes as large as 30 students (with a co-teacher and an assistant teacher support). As a lead teacher I have been responsible for teaching, planning, creating materials and monitoring students' development. Additionally, I have worked with training and directing other teachers and assistants on the Montessori method.
