Hello, I am Varsha Binth Saif. I'm an Assistant Professor in English cum English Language Trainer from India with four years of teaching experience. I am a PhD Doctoral Research Scholar in English. I have completed both my Post-graduation and Undergraduation in English Language and Literature. I am a qualified English Teacher with TEFL and TESOL. And I have completed, six short term online courses from Foreign Universities. I have also qualified the National Eligibility Test of India Government, a qualification or teacher's licence to teach in the Colleges of India. Currently, I am taking online classes for Native American students in a California based institution. I have experience in working in five different colleges and in one school. And also, I am an experienced teacher in taking classes for both native American Students and Asian (Indian, Chinese, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Korean) students. Teaching is my passion and being a teacher who had trained both school and college level students, my teaching methods are applicable to both slow and fast learners. I have developed my own methods to help develop interest in the subject English in the slow learners. I am a recipient of three International scholarships. This year my PhD thesis got selected by one of the universities of UK and I am invited to do a part of my PhD research there in UK, with full tuition waiver. And, my creative work, 'Poetical Portrait of William Shakespeare' got into eight book of records, including the World Book of Records, this year. While I was working in one of the institutions, I have structured a new course named 'English Efficiency Enhancing Course' where I made the entire syllabus, curriculum, teaching plan, exclusive games and activities for the students and have prepared the study materials for this whole course which was taught to all the students in the institution. To my credit, it was a great success. I have also worked as an Educational Manager cum Teacher Trainer in an online institution, where I was the creative head of the institution and the person in charge for preparing the student curriculum and syllabus (for Grade 1 to 10). I used to give training to the teachers on how to take classes effectively and interestingly. I have presented eight research papers in the National and International seminars and conferences, and have published three research papers in the National research books and one in an International Journal.
