My name is Mxolisi Albert Ngongoma. I have worked as an Educator and adapted well at different sectors such as Higher Education, Biodiversity and Entertainment sector among others. I have more than 3 years as an educator. My philosophy encourages students to practice with native speakers/ teachers as often as possible – Improving Spoken English is all about practice. I go with my unique Conversational approach when students start classes with me so that they gain the confidence of speaking fearlessly. I enjoy teaching English because it is special- it gives students a voice. It is such a great feeling when I see the spark of curiosity and interest on the faces of students. I am a competent English teacher because of my good classroom management skills, humor and patience. I have the ability to identify slow learners and what makes them learn, knowing a lot about learning abilities. My classes focus on making students speak more and more English and be gentle, and tolerant when they make mistakes while talking. I also try to get my students moving around the room once in a while. Apart from teaching, I love reading books about different topics. Also I love outdoor activities and learning about nature (plants, mountains, birds and animals).
