I am Michelle M. Jose from the Republic of the Philippines, 42 years old with Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education major in Home Economics and Technology. I also attended Masters of Arts in Education with 32 units of academic subjects. Before I came to work in Taiwan as a Production Technical Assistant, I had 8 years teaching experiences in the Philippines in both private and government schools teaching pupils ages 6-12 years old. I served as a class adviser and subject coordinator. I performed tasks in developing students’ competencies in listening, speaking, reading, writing and thinking skills. I am diligent, hardworking and persevere towards my pupils and work. I can speak both English and Mandarin as my language skills. Living in Taiwan helped me to learn how to speak Mandarin in a daily basis and professional work as well as it enhanced my English speaking skills through foreign language exchange . As an educator, I am looking for an organization that will help and guide me in planning and building a pleasant learning environment in motivating pupil's interest. An organization that will develop and enhance my skills in teaching to bring out the most comprehensive and talented pupils. I believed that it's not how long is your experiences but on how a person is whole heartedly committed and responsible.
