Learning English made easy and fun! I'm Teacher Hanee. I'm a licensed professional teacher for about five years now. I taught English in all levels from Kindergarten, Junior and Senior high school, College to Adults in various nationalities around the world. I taught both in classroom and online setting. I offer beginner, intermediate, and business English. Most of my students would like to practice their speaking, comprehension, listening, and writing skills. I'm also a teacher volunteer to North Korean students and disabled children online. Teaching has been my passion since I was young because I came from a family of teachers. My aim is to give my students quality education with the help of our new technology materials. I would like to be both a teacher inside the classroom who would train students in different areas such as: speaking, listening, reading, writing as well as in their exam preparation. As a teacher, I build my student's confidence in learning the English language through reading, writing, listening, and speaking activities. It's essential to incorporate the seven multiple intelligences in the classroom because I believe that every student has a unique learning style. If given a chance to be part of the Foreign English Teachers in Taiwan, I would be delighted to share the best of my abilities and skills I've had in my five years of teaching in my home country, Philippines. I'm a hardworking, passionate, and dedicated teacher. I also promote the act of volunteerism in the community. I chose Taiwan because I believe that this is a potential country in the years to come. Taiwan has so much to offer to the world especially when the Taiwanese community will acquire the universal language which is English. My mission as a foreign English teacher would be the following: First, to teach English in the most creative and interactive way as possible to any grade level. Second, to be a teacher volunteer to various community and indigenous people of Taiwan and introduce the joy of learning English. Third, to learn the Taiwanese culture, adapt to them and build harmonious relationship with my colleagues. Finally, I want to take part in Taiwanese President's mission, your excellency, President Tsai Ing Wen to make Taiwan a bilingual country by the year 2030. Taiwan will be one of the most promising countries in the near future because of their ability to be fluent English speakers. Citizens in Taiwan could reach their full potential to study and work abroad having good command in the English language. And now is the time to take the first step towards that milestone. I would like to be remembered as the teacher who has a heart for educating both in classrooms and out of school youth students. A teacher who is willing to be a volunteer to the Taiwanese community of indigenous people to reach their full potential and make sure that no one is left behind. Every Taiwanese citizen has the right to have a quality English education. As an aspiring teacher applicant, I am delighted to have my teaching demo via Skype or Zoom.
