I arrived in Taiwan in December 2020 as a new immigrant with my family. I have my ARC as well as my TESOL certificate. I have had exposure to teaching kids. In the winter holidays I ran a winter camp for 6 kids aimed at getting them to talk and use the skills acquired in school. I also tutor 2 sisters aimed at getting them comfortable speaking the language. I am also involved as a volunteer reader at my daughter’s school reading in English, to help kids with their listening skills of English from an English speaker. before arriving In Taiwan I also spent 10 years teaching adults in the workplace and a year tutoring. I am comfortable with elementary school children or adults who want to improve their English skills.
