Hello there, my name is Carlton. I have a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and has been teaching as a freelance ESL tutor online for almost five years now. I have completed my TEFL certification (Brigham Young University, Idaho), which qualifies me to teach and help students in their academic studies to learn the English language. I am amicable and passionate in teaching. I believe that the best way for students to achieve their goal in learning a new language is through a fun, relax, interactive, and a friendly learning environment. I am good at creating lesson plans suited to my students need. It is crucial that students are encouraged to communicate at their best in class, which means they should not feel intimidated in anyway. Their confidence level must be heightened and applauded, and their best effort appreciated. I would prefer to begin my ESL journey (classroom setting) by teaching elementary, junior, and senior high school students, anywhere in Taiwan. It is my personal commitment to give my best in doing what I am passionate about: teaching and learning. I look forward to joining your team.
