To whom it may concern, Greetings of joy and prosperity! I am writing this letter to express my intent to apply as an English teacher at any level. I am currently working as a Senior high school teacher at Batangas Eastern Colleges. In the past three years, I have crafted lessons, created fifteen modules in Oral Communication, and co-author of modules in various courses such as ; English for Academic Professional Purposes, Practical Research 1, and Research Project. I am also a grammarian in some of the research papers of Senior High school students. I believe that the skills and experiences I have experienced make me a suitable candidate for a position in your school. Not too long into this journey, I was chosen as part of the International Exchange Student Program in Vietnam as part of our on-the-job training for six months. I became an English Teacher for Vietnamese students. I helped students to practice the macro skills of English. There, I was also introduced to Montessori Education which we cater learning materials and a learning environment for the pupils to develop their natural interests. Aside from preschoolers, I also met students from different levels like elementary and high school students, as well as free talking with adults. This made me a dynamic, flexible, and effective English Teacher who can use a variety of teaching strategies and techniques depending on the need of the learners. Teaching is a two-part task. To be effective, one must know how to motivate learners before beginning the lecture. As a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and a licensed teacher, I have devoted years to learn about English to maximize education. My thesis writing (on-going) entitled, “Contextualization of Teaching Oral Communication” proves my desire to teach in English. I am confident that my unique experiences on both sides of the table as a learner and teacher, both online and offline, can help me an effective teacher. Aside from the educational qualification and experiences that I had shared, I also have the interest to explore new things and meet new people. I am very much willing to adapt and learn about other cultures, especially foreign cultures and traditions. I am enthusiastic to instill knowledge and share my mastery while I am enjoying the environment with new colleagues whom I can also learn with.
