In my university education, I majored in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management (graduated cum laude). This course, I believe, addresses the significance of human interaction as a business function. Apart from being a marketer responsible for analyzing client experiences, I also know how to connect effectively with a wide range of audiences with varying levels of cooperation. In other words, marketing teaches communication strategies that are valuable in dealing with different groups of individuals, which is beneficial for me as a teacher who deals with various students at varying proficiency levels. Apart from my academic qualifications, I also possess relevant experience, concentrating on literature and the performing arts. Through the experience of taking chances in class and performing in front of an audience, I learned to have faith in my strengths and have confidence in my capabilities. I have maintained this level of self-assurance throughout my whole teaching profession. Being a versatile educator, I have had the opportunity to instruct a wide variety of students from various backgrounds and all facets of society. As a result, I am a caring teacher who is aware of the different needs of each child, adapts my lessons to meet those needs, helps students individually and as a group, uses multicultural teaching units, and uses positive reinforcement and encouragement to keep students focused and motivated. One of the most effective ways that I assist ESL students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans that facilitate all learning styles. I research, locate, and incorporate a variety of resources to accommodate students via visual, audio, and kinesthetic methods. In addition, I integrate literature, phonics activities, and technology to ensure that each child can comprehend and retain the concepts and language. My goal is to create and keep a classroom that is open, honest, communicative, supportive, and safe, where each student feels safe, secure, special, and challenged in the right way.
