My name is Steven and I am an English teacher who is currently in California due to the Coronavirus situation. I have three years of experience teaching English at cram schools and two years of experience at public schools. At the cram schools, the classes mainly consisted of JHS/ HS students who were coming to gain more practice with conversational English; preparing from upcoming English exams, or practicing for speech contests. I am interested in teaching in Taipei and believe that my unique approach to teaching would be well-suited to the school's English program. I would be able to interact with the students both inside and outside of the classroom by offering assistance in extracurricular activities (i.e. coaching sports...).
