Hello! My name is Dennis Pabro, and I am excited to apply for the position of English teacher. Although I am a licensed teacher, I have not yet had the opportunity to gain teaching experience in a formal setting. Nevertheless, I am enthusiastic about embarking on this journey and believe that my passion for teaching, coupled with my commitment to my students, will help me to succeed in this role. As an educator, I am driven by a teaching philosophy that is centered on student-centered learning. I believe that each student is unique and has their own individual strengths and challenges, and it is the role of the teacher to facilitate their learning and growth in a way that is tailored to their needs. I strive to create a classroom environment that is both supportive and challenging, where students feel safe to take risks and explore their potential. My passion for teaching stems from my love of learning and my desire to share my knowledge and experience with others. I believe that education is a transformative experience that has the power to change lives, and I am excited about the prospect of being a part of that process. In terms of my commitment to my students, I am dedicated to creating a learning experience that is engaging, dynamic, and interactive. I am also committed to continuous improvement, both for myself as an educator and for my students as learners. I believe that education is a lifelong process and I am excited about the prospect of growing and learning alongside my students. As for my plans for teaching in Taiwan, I am excited about the opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture and to learn from my students as much as they will learn from me. I believe that teaching in Taiwan will be a unique and enriching experience that will allow me to broaden my horizons and expand my understanding of the world.
