Hi! My name is Angel Chuang, a fluent bilingual Taiwanese-American and incoming Freshman at UC Berkeley. I am looking to work part-time or full-time in Kaohsiung, Tainan, Taichung, or Taipei as an ESL teacher or tutor during the summer of 2023. For the past 5 years, I have been volunteering in local daycares where I teach English and Chinese to elementary school students. I am currently working as a piano accompanist for the SF Girls Chorus, where I work with children ages 4-12. I scored 5/5 on the AP Chinese Language and Culture Exam, 5/5 on the AP English Language and Composition Exam, and am certified with the Arizona State University TESOL Professional Certificate. I am passionate about uplifting youth and using my skills to build community.
