Good day! I have been teaching English as a second language ( ESL) for six years and feel that my experiences make me an excellent candidate . My first two years of teaching were in my hometown . During this time , I taught various subjects such as English , math , science , history and many more each with a different level of students . The school was a prestigious private school in my hometown where I provided English instruction to children whose parents wanted them to have an advantage over their peers in the future . In this class , we focused on conversational skills and activities that would help the students succeed in life outside of the classroom . Also , there were adults who were interested in learning English as a second language . After that , I started teaching English to non- native students particularly Koreans and Japanese . My students are in different level , but mostly professional individual . At school , my goal was always to make my classes fun and enjoyable for the students so they would want to study again and again . Communication with my students using the English language makes me satisfied a teacher .
