“Hello, my name is Bokang Phatsimo Keolebile and I am currently based in Hukuntsi Botswana. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Service Management from Boitekanelo College.” Although I do not have any prior experience in teaching, I am passionate about education and excited about the opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds. I believe that education is a powerful tool for social change and that by investing in the education of future generations, we can create a more equitable and just world. I am currently working as a Site monitor the position that has given me the experience to learn and change the working environment positively through capacity building,effective communication and organising training workshops for the workers. Though I do not have the teaching experience for children I am willing to learn on the job so as to be able to gain the teaching experience and also undertake any neccesary training or certification provided to become an effective English teacher. Moreover I am a lifelong learner who is eager to continue developing my own skills and knowledge as I am always improving my educational capabilities through enrolling for short courses online.
