I am writing to show my interest and enthusiasm in applying for this opportunitya as an English teacher in Taiwan. I am a licensed professional teacher with over 3- years of teaching experience and I have a TEFL certificate. In addition, I took the EF Standard English Test my English level is C1(advanced). I am a Bachelor of Secondary Education graduate specializing in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health, where I taught as a College PE instructor for two years. In this way, I enhanced my skills and vocabulary in English because it is our medium of instruction in teaching. Apart from this, I also experienced being an Online ESL Teacher and a tutor for over a year that teaches students of various ages from elementary to high school level this helped me to enhance my skills and knowledge not just in teaching the English language but also in other subjects such as Mathematics, History, Science, and many more. My experience teaching foreigners such as Laotian, Vietnamese, and Taiwanese helped me to develop my communication and social skills in communicating with people of different nationalities. Thus, I believe these skills will help me to be more confident and to build rapport easier with my future students so they feel at ease, enjoy and learn from my class. I am not an English major, but with these experiences, I am confident I have the skills, passion, and patience to teach my future students holistically. Thank you for your time and consideration.
