I am delighted to present myself, Kathlea E. Gregorio, as an aspiring educator with an unyielding commitment to fostering dynamic and engaging learning environments. Residing in the heart of Brgy. Sta. Ana, Pandan, Antique, Philippines, I am fluent in English, Filipino, Illonggo, and Aklanon, enabling me to connect effectively with diverse communities. My multifaceted skill set includes proficiency in computer literacy, video production, and ICT, complemented by strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. I embarked on my educational journey at Occidental Mindoro State College, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Biological Science, with honors and recognition as a Dean's Lister from 2014 to 2017. My pursuit of academic excellence led me to Pacific Intercontinental College, where I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Management, based in Las Piñas City, Philippines. My passion for teaching and cultivating young minds has been realized through my teaching roles. I have contributed as a Teacher Assistant at the Department of Education-SANHS under the Department of Labor and Employment Job Order from May 2018 to November 2018, followed by a role as Teacher I at the Department of Education since December 2018, where I have made a lasting impact on the educational landscape of Sta. Ana, Pandan, Antique up until the present. My dedication to professional growth is evident through my participation in various training programs and seminars, including the Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator certification. Notable among my training engagements are the Regional K TO 12 Training of Teachers on Critical Content, Teacher Induction Program, National Science Club Month Webinar Series 2021, and several National Drug Education Program (NDEP) Webinar Series events conducted by the Department of Education. Drawing from a comprehensive range of skills, I excel in data management, writing, creativity, and attention to detail. My adeptness in technology, coupled with a knack for multitasking and cultural sensitivity, empowers me to deliver holistic and engaging educational experiences. In summary, my educational journey, paired with my hands-on teaching experiences and unwavering commitment to self-improvement, positions me as a dedicated educator ready to inspire and empower the next generation of learners.
