Hello there! How are you? My name is Ruby Jean Capuyan, 28 from the Philippines. I finished Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. For a year, I studied Master in Business Administration and last 2021 I achieved my 240hrs TESOL Certificate. [GPA 4.17] I have been sharing my enthusiasm in English for two years. I teach almost 64 students each semester from beginners to working professionals. In one on one and group classes. In my class, I make sure that my students feel heard and understood. I teach in a manner that encourages them to speak without the fear of making mistakes. To justify that, I personally believe that in this way I am progressively building up their confidence as they communicate while utilizing the terms in English. Throughout my career, I would say... it is always a pleasure to assist people enhancing their skills. Such as, reading, writing, listening, speaking and most of all their confidence. In line with this, I sincerely treasure everything in this profession..... The love, the challenges, the laughter and the purpose... they are incomparable. It makes healthier person.
