With a professional background spanning tourism, hospitality, and education, I bring a diverse skill set and a passion for teaching and cultural exchange. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and a Certificate IV in Tesol, which have equipped me with a solid foundation in the industry and English language instruction. I have accumulated four years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in Vietnam throughout my career. I have worked with students of various proficiency levels, including those preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). This experience has allowed me to develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and cultural awareness, enabling me to engage with students from diverse backgrounds effectively. I have achieved CEFR level C2 in both TOEIC and EF SET, and level C1 in EnglishScore from the British Council. These assessments have confirmed my high level of language proficiency and demonstrated my ability to communicate effectively in English in various contexts. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to intern at the Department of Tourism in the Philippines, where I gained valuable insights into the inner workings of the tourism industry and honed my organizational and administrative skills. Additionally, I interned at an indoor theme park, WonderWorks Orlando, in Florida, United States of America, providing hands-on experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing guest experiences. In addition to my teaching and internship experiences, I possess various skills that contribute to my effectiveness in the workplace. These include flexibility, which allows me to adapt to changing situations and new environments, and my strong teaching abilities, which enable me to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for my students.
