I am a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education graduate with an area of specialization in English. At present, I am working to finish my thesis to finally graduate on February 2024 with my Master’s Degree in Education majoring in School Administration and Supervision. Even before getting my license in professional teaching last 2011, I already had an intensive experience in teaching and facilitating learning to young learners in grade school up to students in the college levels teaching English, Speech, and Public Speaking courses, respectively. Throughout this experience in the academe, I have established a good sense of leadership, facilitation, monitoring, evaluation, and collaboration skills. At the same time, I have gained full knowledge of how things are aligned in response to the school’s goals, vision, and mission. Further, I have also experienced training and teaching not only to a certain group of students but also to a group of teachers as their head teacher at some point. Currently, I work as a full-time BPO team manager in a US-based line of business. At the same time, teaching can’t just be taken from my field of expertise as I am also a part-time ESL tutor to Japanese and Filipino students. My professional experiences are supported by enough documentation showing my productivity and success in each industry.
