    Hello! Good day! I am Karyl Mae Ramos, 25 years of age and currently residing in the Philippines. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Science in Biology at Mariano Marcos State University in June 2018. After graduation, I was hired as a full-time researcher at the National Bioenergy Research and Innovation Center of the same university for almost four years. I have gained strong technical and research expertise in laboratory settings. I am trained in technical writing and have confidence in effectively conveying information centered on development and innovation. While working at the center, apart from my workload, I had also the opportunity to supervise and teach different laboratory techniques to college students conducting their thesis, participating in OJT programs, extension projects for target beneficiaries, and engaging in science immersions for high school students (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics CAMP, Philippine Science Students). Aside from my work, I also do part-time job tutoring elementary and high school students on weekends and thesis writing and writing research papers. These have inspired me to pursue my dream of being an educator that’s why I enrolled at a short-term program course and have completed the required eighteen (18) Professional Education units of the Professional Education Program in the same university within 6 months. Last September 24, 2023, I took up my Licensure Examination for Professional Teacher and I'm waiting for the result which will be released in December 2023. These whole experiences have deepened my commitment to teaching and equipped me with the ability to plan, design, and implement effective and interactive instructional strategies that cater to diverse group of learners, fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
