I have achieved four promotions in just four months—from Newly Qualified Teacher to Junior Teacher to Senior Teacher A to Senior Teacher B—at 51Talk Philippines. I successfully conducted 2,790 Classic English Junior and IELTS lessons, maintaining a remarkable 98% satisfaction rate. I began teaching kids during the pandemic. After a year, I transitioned to a corporate job with a higher salary, but it doesn't provide the same sense of fulfilment that teaching did.
