I am Sheila Ann M. Sison, 38 years old from Villasis, Pangasinan, Philippines. I took up Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English and I had 24 units in Master of Arts in Education Major in Communication Arts. I have been teaching English for 16 years now and I obtained a Master Teacher I position because of my dedication and perseverance. My years of experience molded me into a versatile teacher which I believe is essential for a teaching position. For almost 16 years now, I have always been given students from different grade levels, with the age range of 12-17 years old, and of different backgrounds. Time changes, so as the learners and the learning methods. The incessant development in educational trends keeps me challenged in facing both my learners and my teaching strategies. However, since I have always loved teaching, I make sure that I maintain my versatility along with the passing time. I constantly update myself with the new teaching methods that would suit the varying learning styles of the 21st Century learners. I am a teacher who is passionate, dedicated, and empathetic. As an employee, I can easily collaborate with colleagues because of my excellent communication skills. I am also open-minded and always willing to be taught with things I do not know. I can also work under pressure.
