My name is Jeffrey S. Dalumbay 24 years of age. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I just passed the Licensure Exam for Teachers this December 07,2023. My previous job was a call center agent and was handling chat, email and phone calls before. My previous company was Alorica and I have worked there for 2 years and 5 months. In those 2 years and 5 months I was promoted as Subject Matter Expert of the team and later on, I was given a chance to handle my own team. However, I have decided to resign on October 30th of 2023 and my last duty was on November 30th of the same year. The reason for resigning is because I would like to pursue my childhood dream which is to teach young minds. I have dreamed of teaching abroad as I would like to explore things out of my comfort zone. I have a passion when in comes to teaching. It makes me happy and it’s fulfilling.
