Greetings Windy, I am Windy Oliquino, a licensed professional teacher and a graduate in Education and Business Engineering. I completed my on-the-job training in Florida, USA, and currently serve as an English teacher in Taichung, Taiwan. My teaching experience spans across students ranging from toddlers to senior high school levels. Known for my cheerful, creative, and energetic approach to education, I adeptly manage diverse student needs. Currently residing in Hsinchu City, I am available for immediate employment. As an English teacher based in Hsinchu City, Taiwan, I undertake a variety of responsibilities to ensure comprehensive learning experiences for my students across different age groups: 1. Teaching Toddlers: Curriculum includes Phonics, Syllables, decoding, and short and long vowel sounds. 2. Elementary, Junior, and Senior High School Levels: Instruction covers grammar, parts of speech, and preparation for the GEPT (General English Proficiency Test). 3. Conducting one-on-one classes with Chinese co-teachers to enhance English vocabulary and conversational skills. 4. Developing detailed lesson plans and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations. 5. Managing attendance records and reviewing homework assignments. 6. Designing and implementing games and activities to enrich learning experiences, such as science experiments (e.g., making slime), holiday-themed projects (e.g., Easter bunny hat crafting), and creative arts (e.g., Mother’s Day bag painting). 7. Maintaining classroom cleanliness and organization. 8. Instilling proper classroom behavior and etiquette among students. 9. Participating in seminars and professional development activities focused on enhancing teaching methodologies.
