Hi I am an enthusiastic teacher, and I promote inclusivity inside my classroom. We are marginalized by our differences and that what made us unique. In a classroom settings we were able to see how diversity exist that challenge the capabilities of a teacher. As a teacher I should know how to manage time, the students, and responsibilities. Once these three things are properly work out I will confidently say I have inclusive classroom regardless of the diversity of students, challenges in the workplace and the many works. To propagate inclusion inside the classroom I think as a teacher I will raise the essense of becoming transparent to my student to accomodate all voices and impose a high quality learning. Learning that flourish by creating a classroom tone that is caring, friendly and supportive, and that will allow students explore the relationships among personal and social experiences. Through hearing diverse perspectives can enrich students to expose and stimulate learning without thinking their variation, and by incorpirating this diffrent ideas the classroom ambiance will give factor to inculcate learning to the students. To embark an inclusive learning the stragies of my teaching will show how does inclusion exist such as giving my students a fair participation in the activities where everyone are capable to do it and I will strech learning by means of creating activities that are appropriate to their interests. As a teacher we are called empowered human because we used to transform lives, educate for what we know and stand as an inspiration of many so it would be a great way to emphasize inclusion inside the classroom and balance diversity.
