I'm Jul Marie G. Ventolero, a Filipino with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education majoring in English. I have a teaching license in the Philippines and am TESOL certified. I've worked as a substitute teacher for nearly a year and have experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Even though I typically teach high school students, I believe I can also effectively guide young learners. I'm confident, caring, and have the right attitude to create an excellent classroom environment. I promote interactive learning, fun activities, the use of technology, and forward-thinking. I believe your institution can improve my teaching methods, and being part of your teaching community can contribute to my growth as an educator and an individual. I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my English teaching skills in a new and diverse setting. I aim to create engaging learning experiences and explore different cultures. Teaching abroad will make me a globally competitive educator, allowing me to share my passion for English and exchange knowledge with fellow enthusiastic learners.
