My experience, knowledge and skills includes strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Swahili languages; detailed oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities for multiple projects; coaching, mentoring, community mobilization, people’s management skills, strong problem- solving and interpersonal skills; organizational, planning, report writing, time management, facilitation, and training skills; ability to work independently, under pressure and to short deadlines; ability to develop and maintain working relationships across the organization; experience and interest in working collaboratively with community members considering cultural and language differences; understanding of protection and human rights issues; and self-motivation and strong team spirit.
