I am Ken E. Romero, a licensed professional teacher in the Philippines, with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English, and a completed academic requirement in Master of Arts in Education, Major in English Language Teaching. I have been teaching English to a public junior high school for more than six years. I have handled students who are not used to using English language, and through several language teaching techniques, they were able to gradually acquire an intermediate to proficient command of English. I achieved this by establishing a non-threatening learning environment, so students’ anxiety is reduced, while self-confidence is boosted. I intend to apply as an English teacher in Taiwan because I feel that there is more in store for me, and I believe that working with you will make me share my skills relevant to language teaching. I have done it in the Philippines, and I know that I can still do more and share more of my service in my dream country, Taiwan. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon and working with you.
