My name is Xyzel Jann S. Gamboa, a motivated and dedicated individual with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English majoring in Linguistics and Literature. At 25 years old, I am eager to embark on this exciting opportunity to contribute to language education in Taiwan. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a deep understanding and passion for the English language, linguistics, and literature. My coursework has equipped me with a strong foundation in language teaching methodologies, effective communication skills, and cultural sensitivity – all essential qualities for thriving as an Assistant Language Teacher. Although currently residing in the Philippines, I am enthusiastic about the prospect of relocating to Taiwan to immerse myself in its rich culture and vibrant language-learning environment. I am confident that my academic background, coupled with my determination and adaptability, will enable me to make a positive impact on the students' language acquisition journey. I am particularly drawn to this position because it offers the opportunity to not only share my knowledge of the English language but also to learn from and connect with students of diverse backgrounds. I am committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to achieve their language-learning goals.
