I am Riza Mie Z. Retis, I am a Licensed Professional Teacher here in the Philippines. I had over 1 year of teaching experience teaching college students in their science courses and general education subjects in which english is a medium of Instruction. I also teach Chinese students part time in 51talk online leading English esl program and currently a science teacher, teaching grades 7-10 at a private school here in our municipality Pandan, Antique. Right now, I am also living with my family here in the Philippines. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to join the esteemed educational community in Taiwan and contribute to its mission of academic excellence and cultural exchange. I am committed to making a meaningful and lasting impact on students' lives and embracing the unique opportunities for growth and learning that Taiwan offers. Infact, my journey as an educator and a forever learner, as my love for teaching and my students, has been enriching. I have always been driven by a strong commitment to fostering a passion for learning and facilitating my students' intellectual and personal growth. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of teaching English as a medium of instruction and online English teaching to students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, both in traditional classroom settings and through innovative online platforms. My decision to pursue a career as a Foreign English Teacher in Taiwan is rooted in my love for students, seeing them happy with my teachings, and how I became an inspiration to everyone who wanted to reach their goals in life.
