I am Jeanne L. Bertillo, 25 years old and a Licensed Professional Teachers from the Philippines. I have been a SPED Teacher for almost two years handling learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disability. I modify and simplify my lesson to meet the needs and weaknesses of my learners. I used different techniques and strategies like flashcards, hands on activities, oral recitation, board activities and actual activities to have an engaging and active learning environment. I become more patient, observant, and my reflexes develops too. I am a flexible, passionate, resourceful, enthusiatic and an open-minded applicant.
