I am Gloriah Krishna G. Tolentino, people call me Gloriah, a Bachelors of Secondary Education major in English graduate. I am currently teaching in a government school here in Thailand under elementary and secondary department for 2 years now. Also, experienced teaching in an ESL school in the Philippines for 2 years. My experiences as a teacher, helped me achieve my objectives to impart knowledge to students that would also give them confidence in using it. Being a teacher should have long patience in dealing different personalities of each students in the class, and I learned it with my own experiences. As I teach, I also learn their culture that helped me understand on how to easily deal with my students in a positive and fond way. Because, teaching is not only by the book but should also be applied with an impact to their lives. I am seeking more experiences as a teacher to be able to learn and impart more. I do believe that most of my experiences as a teacher taught me that in a one classroom setting, children grew with different styles of learning in and out of the room. I wanted to learn more on how to adopt another culture to help me understand, different styles of teaching.
