Hi! I am Rosalie Duron, and I am a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines. I have been teaching English since 2018. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with Secondary and College learners aged 13 - 24 years old. This exposure has instilled in me the ability to adapt my teaching methods to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of each student, ensuring that all students receive the support and attention required to succeed. My classroom approach emphasizes interactive learning, collaborative activities, and the integration of technology to enhance the learning experience. Furthermore, I believe in fostering a positive classroom culture built on respect, empathy, and open communication, which enables students to feel comfortable expressing themselves and taking intellectual risks. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected. I actively promote cultural diversity and encourage my students to appreciate and celebrate their differences, fostering a sense of unity and global awareness.
