My name is Aldren Pagaduan, a graduate of Philippine Normal University Mindanao and a TEFL certificate holder. I have over four years of experience as an ESL tutor, teaching Chinese students and Japanese learners, where I developed a strong understanding of cultural nuances and effective teaching strategies. Additionally, I have six months of experience as an intern, along with professional experience as a virtual assistant and researcher. I am currently seeking a full-time English teaching position, where I can teach primary, junior, and middle school students. I am eager to utilize my skills and experience to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.
