I believe in tailoring lessons to suit individual learning styles and needs, emphasizing creativity, critical thinking, and practical communication skills. I see teaching as a collaborative process that not only imparts knowledge but also inspires curiosity and lifelong learning. For English language teaching specifically, I prioritize interactive methods like discussions, role-plays, and real-world applications to make lessons relevant and enjoyable.
