I am a Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from St. Mary's College of Tagum, Inc. Throughout my academic journey, I actively participated in on-the-job training programs, including a J1 Cultural Exchange Program as a Host Cashier at Lakeside Inn and Casino, Nevada, and later, a comprehensive internship at Seabrook Island Club, South Carolina. During this internship, I gained hands-on experience in various roles such as Banquet Attendant, Server, Hostess, and Management Liaison. Beyond my hospitality experience, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills through my professional journey, including online and on-site roles requiring direct interaction with international clients. My experience as an ESL teacher further strengthened my ability to adapt to diverse learning needs, deliver engaging lessons, and foster a supportive learning environment for students of various backgrounds. I take pride in my ability to connect with people from different cultures, ensuring an inclusive and dynamic learning atmosphere. I am looking for an ESL teaching experience that will go beyond what I do online. I believe having an on-site ESL experience will help me make my skills on teaching English become better. I want to be better because seeing my students improve always makes me happy and fulfilled.
