Hello, my name is Josephine, and I am an experienced ESL educator with over two years of teaching in Southeast Asia, particularly in Cambodia. I completed my practicum in the Philippines and have also served as a coordinator for a year, gaining valuable leadership and curriculum planning experience. My journey in education began with HSK teaching, where I worked with Chinese students aged 6 to 28, helping them develop strong language skills. As I continue to broaden my expertise in the ESL field, I am particularly passionate about educational psychology. I strongly believe that fostering a positive mindset in students enhances teaching strategies and ultimately enriches their overall learning experience in any educational setting.
