Hello, my name is Ren. I began my teaching career in 2017 at a secondary school in the Philippines. In 2019, I moved to Vietnam, where I gained experience teaching academic and general English courses, as well as IELTS test preparation, across various levels and age groups. I hold a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with a major in English, along with teaching certificates such as the Certificate IV in TESOL from the Australian International College of Language and a Teaching Young Learners Extension Certificate from Trinity College London. I am a newcomer in Taiwan and am currently working as an English teacher at one of the cram schools in Linkou District, New Taipei. I am also looking for a part-time job, preferably teaching university and high school students. In my classrooms, I prioritize creating a comfortable learning environment. I achieve this by building strong relationships with my students, designing engaging class activities, and, most importantly, addressing their social and emotional needs.
