    My name is teacher Phili, I am 31 years of age. I am from South Africa, and I have been working as a teacher for 5 years. I hold a Degree in Environmental science which I obtained in 2015 from the University of KwaZulu- natal in South Africa, Durban. A Post Graduate Certificate in Education which I also obtained in 2019 at the University of KwaZulu natal in South Africa, Durban. A Post graduate diploma in Inclusive Education, which I obtained at the University of South Africa in 2024. I hold a SACE teaching license which I obtained from the South African Government. For the past 5 years I have been teaching Geography, science and English to students who are between the ages of 15-18 years old, and middle school science to students who are 12-14 years. I have experience in teaching in one school for these past years (Rehotse Secondary school), which is located at the heart of South Africa in the Free State. This is where I have gained most of my teaching experience, as I have been teaching students who are coming from different backgrounds, students with diverse needs which has led me to continuously develop myself as a teacher and study a postgraduate qualification in Inclusive education. I am currently looking for an ESL teaching position in Taiwan because I'm passionate about sharing my language skills and cultural knowledge with students. Taiwan offers a unique blend of traditional culture and modern technology, and I'm drawn to its vibrant cities and rich history. As an ESL teacher, I believe I can make a positive impact on students' lives, helping them develop their language skills and confidence. I'm impressed by Taiwan's emphasis on education and its enthusiasm for English language learning. I believe I am eligible for this role because I am a native English speaker, I am also fluent in English and have a strong grasp of gramma, vocabulary and pronunciation. Thorough my teaching years I have also developed skills which will help me strive in this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills which are crucial for connecting with students and conveying complex ideal clearly. I am able to adapt and tailoring teaching methods to different learning methods and styles.
