As a driven and excited tourism, culture, and hospitality graduate, my varied experiences have given me excellent interpersonal skills. Despite not having a formal teaching background, my work as a secretary, nanny, and recreational assistant has given me good communication, flexibility, and patience skills. For the past few years I have worked as a Recreational Assistant and a Bible Studies Coordinator at Konongo Catholic Church International, where I lead activities for children, organize educational programs, and support the personal growth of young people. These roles have shaped me into a confident communicator, patient mentor, and dependable team player. While I may not hold a formal teaching certificate with the exception of TEFL Certificate, I bring practical experience in working with children in structured learning and recreational settings. I have also developed strong planning, problem-solving, and classroom management skills through hands-on leadership. What excites me most about becoming an English educator is the chance to create meaningful learning moments helping students gain confidence in English while building friendships and cultural understanding. I am committed to adapting quickly, learning continuously, and giving my best to support both teachers and students in and outside the classroom. With the encouragement of my current employer, I am now ready to take the next step sharing my passion for learning in a global setting while representing Ghana with pride. I believe I will succeed in this role because I bring a strong sense of purpose, cultural sensitivity, and a deep desire to positively impact young minds. I can't wait to see you soon. Thank you
