I have 7 years experience in teaching. I have a bachelor's degree and a Post graduate diploma in Education. I have 2 teaching certificates. I have great computer skills which are useful in preparing lesson plans. I am diligent, dedicated and hardworking. I am enthusiastic about teaching.     I have a solid background in Education and a 7 years work experience as a teacher, I have developed a keen interest in teaching and impacting knowledge. My innovative approach to integrating technology and a comprehensive study plan has not only led to a 25% increase in student reading comprehension scores but also earned me the "Teacher of the Year 2024" award.      My approach to teaching is student-centered, focusing on interactive learning and critical thinking. With over seven years of dedicated experience in teaching at the primary and secondary level, coupled with my current position as the head teacher at Lumen Christi School, I have worked with teachers to evaluate individual progress of the students and recommend appropriate learning plans. I have modified lessons and curriculums to accommodate diverse learners by using strategies such as peer-assisted learning and group work.      As a unique teacher, I possess  class friendly teaching skills, innovative ideas, strong communication skills, and an ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff members alike. I have a strong work ethic and sense of collectivism. I enrich people's lives through the sharing of language and culture via Education . I believe that culture is a big part of who we are. This is one of the many reasons I choose Taiwan as a country to potentially teach in. Taiwan is known for it's deep sense of culture, lifestyle, delicacy and heritage. A people so proud of their culture and heritage, it reflects in their society. I want to be given a chance to be a part of this culture and to offer my services to it's people.
