Hello! I'm Miguela Sandoval, a TEFL-certified English teacher from the Philippines with a passion for education and cross-cultural exchange. I recently earned my 120-hour TESOL certification with Distinction and hold a degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management. My recruitment background has equipped me with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Conducting hundreds of interviews across diverse cultural contexts taught me how to connect with people and help them succeed—skills I'm eager to bring to the classroom. I'm drawn to teaching in Taiwan to immerse myself in a new culture while making a meaningful impact on students' lives. I'm passionate about creating engaging lesson plans that make learning English enjoyable. Whether working with kindergarteners, elementary students, or teenagers, I'm flexible and ready to adapt my teaching style to meet each student's needs.
