Hello, My name is Dannah Fe M. Francisco, and I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I graduated in 2025 and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in the same year. Teaching, for me, is not only about language instruction but also about guiding students to grow in confidence, discipline, and respect for learning. I believe these values align closely with Japan’s strong educational culture, where dedication, perseverance, and continuous improvement are highly respected. I am currently working as an ESL teacher and hold TEFL and TESOL certifications, which have equipped me to teach learners of different ages and proficiency levels. Through my teaching experience, I have learned the importance of patience, clear communication, and creating a structured yet supportive classroom environment.
