I have 6 years teaching experience in both private and public school. I am applying for an English Teacher in Taiwan. I am currently a classroom Grade 6 teacher in the Philippines. These are my duties and responsibilities. o Implements effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and orderly learning environment. o Conducts formative and summative assessments to monitor learner progress. o Provides remediation, enrichment, and differentiated activities based on learners’ needs. o Maintains accurate class records, grades, and learning portfolios. o Communicates regularly with parents/guardians regarding learner performance and behavior. o Guides learners in preparation for national and school-based assessments. .
